德士古水煤浆气化工艺高压煤浆泵运行探讨

摘要：高压煤浆泵是水煤浆气化工艺的核心组成部分，其稳定性直接关系气化系统的效率和安全。高压煤浆泵通过曲轴

带动活塞往复运动，借助传动液挤压隔膜将水煤浆输送到烧嘴中，煤浆的黏度及其在系统中的流动稳定对泵的性能提

出高标准要求。泵的检修质量也是保证其稳定运行的关键因素之一，涉及曲轴、轴承、十字头、单向阀、双层隔膜及油箱

等多个关键部件的维护和更换。文章分析高压煤浆泵在水煤浆气化系统中的运行稳定性及其对整个气化过程的影响，

详细讨论泵的主要部件在常规检修过程中的具体操作和技术要求，指出检修质量对泵运行稳定性的重要性，并提出了

相关的优化建议。

Abstract:Highpressurecoalslurrypumpisthecorecomponentofcoalwaterslurrygasificationprocess,anditsstabilityisdirectly

relatedtotheefficiencyandsafetyofthegasificationsystem.Thehighpressurecoalslurrypumpdrivesthepistonreciprocating

movementthroughthecrankshaft,anddeliversthecoalwaterslurrytotheburnerwiththetransmissionliquidextrusiondiaphragm.

Theviscosityofthecoalslurryanditsflowstabilityinthesystemputforwardhighstandardrequirementsfortheperformanceof

thepump.Themaintenancequalityofthepumpisalsooneofthekeyfactorstoensureitsstableoperation,whichinvolvesthe

maintenanceandreplacementofmanykeycomponentssuchascrankshaft,bearing,crosshead,checkvalve,doublediaphragmand

oiltank.Inthispaper,theoperationstabilityofhighpressurecoalslurryslurrypumpinthecoalwaterslurrygasificationsystem

anditsinfluenceonthewholegasificationprocessareanalyzed,thespecificoperationandtechnicalrequirementsofthemain
