摘 要
塑料模具工业是随塑料工业的发展而发展的。塑料工业是一门新兴工业。自塑料问世后的几十年以来,由于其原料丰富、制作方便和成本低廉,塑料工业发展很快,它在某些方面己取代了多种有色金属、黑色金属、水泥、橡胶、皮革、陶瓷、木材和玻璃等,成为各个工业部门不可缺少的材料。因此,研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高质量有很大意义。
本篇论文通过对浴霸面罩几何形状的分析、研究。首先确定了塑件的材料,紧接着根据塑件的结构形状对分型面和浇注系统进行了确定。通过对模具设计方案的论证,确定了型腔的布局、成型零件的结构、导向定位机构、推出机构的相关参数,综合考虑塑件的型腔布局、分型结构、厚度要求、塑件尺寸大小、冷却水道的布置等多项因素,选择合适的标准模架,最后对成型设备进行了校核。
关键词:分型面、浇注系统、冷却系统、各种校核、成型设备。
Abstract
With the development of the plastic mold industry is the development of the plastics industry . Plastics industry is an emerging industry. Since a few decades after the advent of plastic , because of its abundant raw materials , low cost and easy to produce , the plastics industry has developed rapidly, in some ways it has been replaced by a variety of non-ferrous metals , ferrous metals, cement , rubber, leather, ceramics , wood and glass , various industrial sectors become an indispensable material . Therefore, the study about the manufacturing process of injection molding of plastic products and improve the quality of a lot of sense . Through the analysis of this paper Yuba mask geometry , study . First, determine the material of plastic parts , followed by the shape of the plastic parts according to the structure of the parting surface and pouring system was OK. Through the mold design argument to determine the layout, forming part of the structure of the cavity , the guide positioning mechanism , the introduction of the relevant parameters of the mechanism , considering the cavity layout of plastic parts , sub- type structure , thickness requirements , the size of plastic parts , cooling channel layout and many other factors to select the appropriate standard mold , the last of molding equipment was checked .
