摘要：产品的可靠性是影响产品质量的关键因素之一，在规定条件下具有高可靠性的产品其质量是具有保证的。产品

的可靠性是设计出来的，更是通过一系列的可靠性试验评估获得的。可靠性试验就是对产品施加相应的环境应力和工

作负荷，对产品实现可靠性增长、筛选剔除不合格品、确定产品可靠性指标以及评估产品寿命参数的有效方法。因此，

生产处的产品只有通过一系列可靠性试验的考核，才可达到质量一致性。本文首先介绍产品的不同研发阶段所开展的

可靠性相关的试验；其次，对产品进行可靠性指标评估的试验进行研究：最后，为确保产品能够正确开展可靠性评估，

对开展可靠性试验的相关标准以及不同标准对产品的可靠性评估方法进行介绍。通过对产品可靠性相关试验介绍及保

证可靠性指标的测试方法及要求，为产品进行可靠性试验设计及实施提供参考。

Abstract:Thereliabilityoftheproductisoneofthekeyfactorsaffectingthequalityofthe

product,andthequalityoftheproductwithhighreliabilityunderspecifiedconditionsis

guaranteed.Thereliabilityoftheproductisdesignedandevaluatedthroughaseriesofreliability

tests.Reliabilitytestisaneffectivemethodtoapplythecorrespondingenvironmentalstressand

workloadtotheproduct,toachievereliabilitygrowth,toscreenoutunqualifiedproducts,to
