·中国留学生回国意向增强、回国就业人数迅速增长,回流态势迅猛。
2020年学成回国的中国留学生人数同比增速达33.90%,高出2019年近3倍,2021年
预计回国就业留学生首次超过百万,达104.9万人,同比增长35.01%。对于正在寻求
转型升级与出海的中国企业,这意味着将有更多机会吸纳国际化人才的加入,协助企
业加速前进。
·多数留学生坚信回国就业优势、充满信心,而薪资福利是最大顾虑、也是求职就业
关注要点。
分别有64%、57%的中国留学生对回国就业优势持肯定态度、对回国就业充满信心。
同时,近六成留学生将“薪资待遇不理想”视为回国就业的首要担忧,超八成求职第
一关注要点则为“薪资福利”,且薪资预期普遍较高。企业在定向引才时,应有针对
性地完善应届生入职培养计划、制定富有竞争力的敏捷薪酬,并创造良好的职业发展
前景,确保对于海归人才吸引力和外部竞争力。

·高景气行业及外资企业吸引力强,技术研发及数据分析类岗位受追捧。
在区域和企业类型上,71%的中国留学生首选外资企业、超八成选择一线城市、近半
数倾向华东地区;行业方面,科技/互联网及金融服务/保险行业是热门选择;在留学生
关注和选择的岗位/职能类别分布中,技术研发类、分析/数据类岗位的比例最高。对于
