摘 要 带式输送机与是以胶带作为牵引承载机构的连续运输设备。可伸缩带式输送机与普通带式输送机相比增加了储带装置。当游动小车向机尾移动时，胶带进入储带装置内，使机尾回缩；反之则机尾延伸，从而实现了输送机的可伸缩的性能。 可伸缩带式输送机的机构有储带、卷带、放带和机尾移动装置，中间架便于拆卸。可伸缩带式输送机的组成主要由机头部、机身、储带仓、机尾组成。机头传动装置由电动机、减速器、传动滚筒等组成。 可伸缩带式输送机具有结构简单，运输效率高，便于维护等优点，广泛用于煤矿生产中的煤炭运输。尤其是采掘工作面顺槽运输的首选设备，较好地使用带式输送机，同时维护其正常运行，对煤矿生产具有重要意义。可伸缩带式输送机成为一条生产效率高，结构简单、动力消耗少以及便于连续输送的流水生产线。 关键词：带式输送机；可伸缩；托辊；机头 Abstract Belt conveyor is used as traction to tape loading mechanism of continuous transportation equipment. Telescopic belt conveyor with ordinary belt conveyer compared with the increase of belt storage device. When a traveling trolley to the tail moves, tape into the tape storing device, so that the tail retraction; conversely tail extension, thereby realizing the conveyer telescopic performance. Telescopic belt conveyor belt storage mechanism has tape, tape and tail mobile device, intermediate frame is convenient for disassembly. Telescopic belt conveyor composed predominantly of machine head, body, tail composed of belt storage. Head drive device is composed of motor, speed reducer, driving drum etc. Telescopic belt conveyor has the advantages of simple structure, high transport efficiency, easy maintenance and other advantages, widely used in the coal mine production in the coal transport. Especially the telescopic conveyor, is a mining working-face cross-groove transportation device of choice, better use of belt conveyor and maintain its normal operation, the mine production has important sense.
