倾斜种植体与轴向种植体联合修复义齿系统评价-中华临床医师杂志.PDF

²2446 ² 中华临床医师杂志( 电子版)2016 年8 月第10 卷第16 期 Chin J Clinicians(Electronic Edition),August 15,2016,Vol.10,No.16 ²循证医学² 倾斜种植体与轴向种植体联合修复义齿： 系统评价 1 2 王宁宇 何东宁 【摘要】 目的 在由不同比例的轴向种植体和倾斜种植体联合修复义齿中，对轴向种植体与 倾斜种植体成功率的差异进行检验。方法 通过检索PubMed 、Cochrane 图书馆、Sinomed、Embase 、 谷歌学术搜索、万方、中国知网以及Web of Science 数据库，并手工检索多种中英文口腔医学类杂 志、相关会议文献以及纳入所有研究的参考文献。严格按照纳入排除标准，对纳入研究进行数据提 取与偏移风险评估。结合ITT 法和PP 法对倾斜种植体与轴向种植体成功率的差异进行Meta 分析。 结果 最终纳入17 项研究，共903 例患者，4 110 颗种植体（其中轴向种植体2 105 颗，倾斜种植 体2 005 颗），972 个修复体。在 1 年随访中，倾斜种植体与轴向种植体成功率以PP 法和ITT 法汇 总分析后的比值比（OR ）均为1.06 （95% CI 0.56～2.00，P=0.869 ，Pheterogeneity =0.967 ）。结论 轴向 种植体与倾斜种植体 1 年内种植体成功率的差异无统计学意义，可以认为两者间种植体成功率相等， 倾斜种植体可以获得与轴向种植体相等的种植体成功率。 【关键词】 牙种植体； 倾斜种植体； 轴向种植体； 系统评价； Meta 分析 1 Prostheses supported by the tilted and axial implants jointly: a systematic review Wang Ningyu , He 2 1 2 Dongning .
