锅炉集散控制系统的应用设计
Application Design of Distributed Control System for Boiler
摘 要
由于集散控制具有分散控制,集中管理的特点,能够提高劳动生产效率,节约能源,改善劳动条件。而采用常规的控制难以满足要求,因此对锅炉集散控制系统进行设计,具有重要意义。
本文对工业锅炉控制技术的发展和现状进行了论述,对锅炉集散控制系统进行了设计。首先,对锅炉的结构和工作过程进行介绍,根据锅炉工艺流程确定了控制方案,控制方案包括:锅炉汽包水位控制系统,过热蒸汽压力及温度的控制,燃料气压力控制。其次,介绍了锅炉控制系统的体系结构,然后再根据控制方案确定I/O点表和现场仪表的型号以及控制阀型号。最后,对锅炉监控软件进行设计,其中包括:绘制报警曲线,实时趋势曲线,历史趋势曲线等。
通过对锅炉进行集散控制系统的设计,满足了控制要求,提高了锅炉的燃烧效率。

Abstract
Because the distributed control has the characteristics of the decentralized control and centralized management, so it can improve labor production efficiency, save energy, improve working conditions. And with normal control is difficult to meet the requirements. so the design of distributed control system for boiler has the important meaning.
In this paper, the industrial boiler control technology development and the present situation are discussed, and distributed control system for boiler design. First of all, to the boiler structure and the working process to introduce, according to process flow determined the boiler control plan, control plan includes: boiler drum water level control system, the superheated steam pressure and temperature control, the fuel gas pressure control. Secondly, this paper introduces the boiler control system structure, then according to the control plan I/O point table and the field instruments and control valves and model of the model. Finally, the boiler monitoring software design, including: drawing alarm curve, real-time trend curve, history trend curve, etc.
Through the design of the distributed control system for boiler , it meets the control requirements and improves the boiler combustion efficiency.
