T he CGI program design principles and methods using C language as a tool and ACME thttpd as Web server are discussed. As an example, the application of file upload and dow nload are also demonstrated in this paper. T he test results show this solution is correct and effective. At last, som e problems that should be solved in further application are analyzed.
