大连海事大学 毕 业 论 文 二〇一二 年 六 月 Alphatronic 2000推进控制系统 原理及管理 专业班级：轮机工程2008-17 姓 名： 封 志 强 指导教师： 张 均 东 轮机工程学院 内容摘要 摘要：育鲲轮主机遥控系统是采用Alphatronic 2000 作为推进控制系统，以实现主驱动柴油机和可调螺距浆（CPP）的微机联合式控制。本文简要的介绍了Alphatronic 2000 推进控制系统的结构及原理；详细的列举了各控制面板的作用及其操作方法；系统的分析了Alphatronic2000推进控制系统的主要控制功能和安全保护功能以及其三种主要工作模式，并以操作使用的角度介绍了三种模式之间的转换方法和注意事项。本文结合了毕业实习期间对育鲲轮上Alphatronic 2000推进控制系统的深入学习; 总结出了该系统日常操作步骤和注意事项;并制定了一套故障诊断程序和故障排除排除方法。 关键词：Alphatronic 2000 推进控制系统 结构 功能 故障诊断 ABSTRACT: The propulsion control system of M/V YuKun is Alphatronic 2000 propulsion control system, which is one part of the remote control system of main engine. The system can achieve the control of main engine and controllable pitch propeller (CPP) in a unit by a microcomputer. This thesis is to introduce the construction and the principle of Alphatronic 2000 propulsion control system briefly; to presentation the function and the method for use of the control panels ;to analysis the function of control and security ;and to introduce the three main modes. In addition, the thesis also refers to the changeover among the modes. With studying deeply into the Alphatronic 2000 propulsion system on M/V YuKun during graduate internship, the thesis concludes a operating procedure and matters needing attention and a nest of diagnosis of breakdowns of the system.
