在校大学生基层就业意愿影响因素研究—以长清三所高校为例论文.docx

摘 要
受到传统就业观念的影响,大学生热衷于“北上广”等经济发达的地区,基层地区却无人问津,即使选择在家待业也不选择在基层地区就业,特别是西部以及广大农村地区。
本文在山东交通学院等三所高校就业部门指导协助下,对长清区三所高校在校大学生基层就业意愿进行了调查,从大学生个人背景、政府、家庭、基层用人单位和高校等方面分析了影响大学生基层就业的薪资待遇、工作环境的等关键因素,找出现存的问题,给各个基层就业相关主体提出了有一定针对性的政策,从而对大学生基层就业工作提供一定程度上的指导,为更多的大学生到基层就业提供思路和发展路径。

Abstract
Influenced by the traditional concept of employment, college students are keen on economically developed areas such as Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, and other economically developed areas. No one is interested in the grassroots areas, even if they choose to stay at home and do not choose to work in the grassroots areas,especially in the western and rural areas.
Under the guidance and assistance of the employment departments of three colleges and universities such as Shandong Jiaotong University, this paper investigates the grassroots employment willingness of college students in three universities in Changqing District, analyzes the key factors affecting the salary and working environment of college students grassroots employment from the aspects of their personal background, government, family, grassroots employers and colleges, and finds out the existing problems, it puts forward some targeted policies to the relevant subjects of each grassroots employment, so as to provide guidance to the grassroots employment work of college students to a certain extent, and provides more college students with ideas and development paths to the grassroots employment.
