Cultivation of bacteria and pure culture, morphology and colony characteristics, physical and chemical properties such as apparent taxonomical indications identified measurement. In addition, molecular identification of analysis of the nucleotide sequence of the 16S rRNA gene were applied, the 16S rRNA gene were sequenced and the phylogenetic tree representing genetic relatedness among the isolates and publicly available 16S rRNA gene sequence from GenBank database was constructed; the results showed that the isolates were Aeromonas veronii.
