Abstract
Mobile e-commerce is different from e-commerce and mobile e-commerce can not only provide direct shopping on the Internet, or a new sales and promotion channels. It fully supports mobile Internet services, which can realize telecommunications, information, media and entertainment services of electronic payment. Not only that, mobile e-commerce is different from a sales way. It can completely customize according to the individual needs and preferences of consumers, the user can use these services anytime and anywhere. The selection of equipment and provide services and information completely controlled by the users themselves. Mobile e-commerce is the core issue of e-commerce modernization construction and the key link is also the emphasis and difficulty in the current new e-commerce development. Break the traditional mode of electronic commerce, adjust and reform the old the structure and content of electronic commerce, the construction of a new e-commerce model is complicated system engineering.

1 Introduction
