摘要：针对国际移动卫星通信公司的主流通信系统——海事四代卫星通信系统，介绍了网

络架构、卫星载荷的组成和技术特点。近年来，海事四代卫星出现了许多新业务类型，包括适

用于流媒体的高速数据传输业务、应用于定位领域的星基增强系统、物联网应用以及军事应

用，从信号参数、工作原理以及使用角度对新业务进行了剖析，总结了海事四代卫星业务种类

及发展趋势。

includinghighdata-ratetransmissionservice，satellite-basedaugmentationsystemfor

positioningdomain，InternetofThingsandmilitaryapplication.Thesignalparameter，operating

principleandusageofthesebusinessesareanalyzedparticularly.Finally，thebusinesslinesand

developmenttrendofInmarsat-4satellitearesummarized.
