Thiscourseaimstocultivatestudentscomprehensiveabilitiesindesigningandapplyingintelligentperceptionsystemsthroughpracticalprojects.Studentswilllearnandapplyknowledgeinsensortechnology,signalprocessing,machinelearning,etc.,tocompleteafull-scaleintelligentperceptionsystemdevelopmentprojectinteams.Thecoursewillcovertheentireprocess,includingprojectplanning,requirementanalysis,systemdesign,andalgorithmimplementation,guidingstudentstoaddressreal-worldchallengesinareassuchasenvironmentalmonitoring,intelligenttransportation,andsmarthealthcare.Throughthiscourse,studentswilldevelopskillsinself-directedlearning,problem-solving,andteamwork,layingasolidfoundationfortheirfutureinvolvementinthedesign,development,andinnovationofintelligentperceptionsystems.
