摘要
高炉喷煤是20世纪60年代开始大规模应用于钢铁工业生产的炼铁新技术。随着石油危机、环保和炼焦煤资源日益短缺等问题,高炉喷煤不仅是高炉调剂的一项重要手段,同时还是弥补焦炭不足的主要措施。而且高炉喷煤是降低炼铁生产成本的有效途径。本设计结合包钢地区原料条件下和对目前国内外先进高炉喷吹工艺的学习。采用并罐直接喷吹形式的喷煤方式设计的2200m3高炉喷煤系统。系统设计包括高炉喷煤储运系统设计、高炉喷煤制粉系统设计、高炉喷煤喷吹系统设计、高炉喷煤安全设计。从而以价格低廉的煤粉部分替代价格昂贵而日趋贬值的冶金焦炭,使高炉炼铁焦比降低,生铁成分下降。增加效益。

Abstract
The blast furnace coal is the 1960 s large scale application steel industry production of new iron-making technique. As the oil crisis, environmental protection and coking coal resources increasingly scarce, blast furnace has not only the blast furnace is coal adjusted a and also an important way to make up for the lack of coke or major measures. And blast furnace ironmaking is to reduce production cost coal the effective way. This design with Baotou area of material condition and at home and abroad and advanced injection process of blast furnace study. The adoption and cans of direct injection from of pulverized coal injection way of 2200 m3design of blast furnace coal system. System of blast furnace design including coal storage system design,blast furnace coal pulverizing system design, blast furnace pulverized coal injection system design, blast furnace safety design of coal. And the low price of coal powder partly replace expensive and more lack of metallurgical coke, make the blast furnace ironmaking coke rate reduce, pig iron cost down. Increase benefits.
