PAGE 11 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 30 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 30 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1单相智能电表硬件设计物理与电子信息学院 电气工程及其自动化 指导教师摘要:本文设计单相智能电表的硬件电路。主要由CPU模块、电能计量模块和电压电流采样模块、显示模块、电源模块、时钟模块、存储模块、通讯模块组成。电压电流采样模块采用分流器和精密电阻实现对市电的转换;电能计量模块采用ADE7755计量芯片实现对电流、电压的测量与转换;时钟模块采用DS12C887时钟芯片为系统提供时钟基准,存储模块采用AT24C04,显示模块用1602液晶,通信模块采用MAX485芯片,并利用AT89C52组成的CPU模块控制所有芯片的工作、测量、计算电能,送往显示模块和存储模块进行实时显示。该电度表成本低、使用方便、安全可靠、具有广泛的应用前景。关键词:智能电表;计量芯片;时钟芯片Hardware Design of Single-phase Smart Meter College of Physics and Electronic Information Electrical Engineering and Automation TutorAbstract: This article designs hardware electric circuit of the single-phase intelligent electric instrument. The intelligent ammeter is mainly composed of CPU module, electric energy metering module, the voltage and current sampling module, display module, power module, clock module, storage module, communication module. Voltage and current sampling module use shunt and precision resistor to realize the conversion of electricity. Electric energy metering module uses ADE7755 chip to realize measurement and conversion of the voltage and current. Clock module uses DS12C887 chip to provide the clock benchmark for the system. Memory module uses AT24C04. Display module uses 1602 liquid crystal. Communication module uses MAX485 chip. The system use the AT89C52 composed of CPU module to control all the chips work, measuring, computing power, sent to the display module and storage module for real-time display.
