某铜矿选矿车间非计划停车成因分析及改进措施

摘要安徽某铜矿选矿车间为了减少非计划停车时长及提高设备运转率,针对该铜矿选矿车
间非计划停车时长问题,对半自磨机、球磨机、碎矿系统、浮选系统非计划停车时长进行了统计及成
因分析,发现半自磨机、球磨机故障及日常巡点检工作疏忽是导致选矿车间非计划停车的主要原因,
并针对性地实施了一系列改进措施。通过将半自磨机筒体衬板材质由高锰钢更换为铬钼合金并优
化其结构,将球磨机轴承零件更换为高质量材质并优化热处理工艺,加强日常巡点检工作管理等措
施,显著减少了非计划停车事件,提升了设备运转效率,保障了生产安全,提高了企业经济效益。

AbstractInordertoreducetheunplannedshutdowntimeandimprovetheequipmentoperationrate
