常用制动位ServiceBrakeApplicationPosition(四)司机施行制动管常用制动减压,制动管的减压速度远远大于副风缸向制动管的逆流速度,副风缸压缩空气来不及向制动管逆流,主活塞两侧形成了一定的压力差,此压力差能克服主活塞、节制阀的自重及移动阻力、稳定弹簧的阻力时,主活塞先带动节制阀上移,然后带动滑阀上移,先后产生第一、第二阶段局部减压和常用制动作用。Whenthetrainisdeceleratingorpreparingtostopatastation,thedriverappliesthebrakepipe’saservicebrakeapplicationreduction.Thereductionspeedofthebrakepipeismuchgreaterthanthereverseflowspeedofthecompressedairfromtheauxiliaryreservoirthroughthef1,l4orificeandthel1orificeoftheslidevalveseattowardsthebrakepipe.Thecompressedairfromtheauxiliaryreservoircannotflowbacktothebrakepipeintime,resultinginapressuredifferenceonbothsidesofthemainpiston.Thispressuredifferencecanovercometheweightofthemainpiston,theresistanceoftheregulatingvalve,theresistanceofthestablespring,causethemainpistontomoveupwards,therebydrivingtheregulatingvalveandtheslidevalvetomoveupwardssuccessively,resultinginthefirstandsecondstagelocalpressurereductionandcommonlyusedbraking.
