、墙身轴线位移。造成原因:在砌筑操作过程中,没有检查校核砌体的轴线与边线的关系,以及挂准线过长而未能达到平直通光一致的要求。
、水平灰缝厚薄不均。造成原因:在立皮数杆标高不一致,砌砖盘角的时候每道灰缝控制不均匀,砌砖准线没拉紧。
、墙面游丁走缝。造成原因:砖的长、宽尺寸误差较大,砌前没有进行实测及挑选,排砖撂底时没有把竖缝排列均匀,或没将窗口位置引出,使砖的竖缝尽量与窗口边线相齐,在砌筑操作过程中,没有注意到丁砖的中线必须与下层条砖的中线相重合而造成丁砖游走,上下竖缝发生错位;没有在沿墙面每隔2m间距左右竖缝处用托线板吊直弹线向上引伸作为控制游丁走缝的基准。
、同一砖层的标高差一皮砖的厚度。造成原因:砌筑前由于基础顶面或楼板面标高偏差过大而没有找平理顺,皮数杆不能与砖层吻合;在砌筑时,没有按皮数杆控制砖的皮数。
、墙面粗糙。造成原因:砌筑时半头砌集中使用造成通缝,一砖厚墙背面平直度偏差较大;溢出墙面的灰渍未刮平顺。
、构造柱未按规范砌筑。造成原因:构造柱的侧砖墙没砌成马牙搓,没设置好拉结筋及从柱脚开始先退后进;当齿深120mm时上口一皮没按迸60mm后再上一皮才进120mm;落入构造柱内的地灰、砖渣杂物没清理干净。
、墙体顶部与梁。板底连接处出现裂缝。造成原因:砌筑时墙钵顶部与梁板底连接处没有用侧砖或立砖斜砌顶贴挤紧。
