低密度泡沫玻璃制备及影响因素研究

摘 要 以制备低密度泡沫玻璃为目的 ,以废弃平板玻璃为原料 、碳粉为发泡剂 、硼酸和硼砂为助溶剂 ,通过高温发泡和
低温退火制备低密度泡沫玻璃 ,用电子天平 、x射线衍射仪 、万能材料试验机对样品的表观密度 、吸水率 、析晶相和抗压
强度进行测试 。结果表明 :所得样品表观密度低于180 kg/rn3 ;样品中析晶相为石英 、鳞石英和钙长石 ;抗压强度为
1.20-1.60 MPa,吸水率为0.12%〜0.14%,均优于行业标准要求 。通过表观密度影响规律的研究 ,可为泡沫玻璃生产工艺改
进和新产品的开发提供借鉴。

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to prepare foam glass with low apparent density. The foam glass was
prepared by foaming at a higher temperature and annealing at a lower temperature, using waste float glass
as raw material, carbon black as foaming agent, boric acid and borax as cosolvent agent. The apparent
density, water absorption, crystalline phases and compressive strength were tested by using electronic
balance, X-ray diffraction and universal material testing machine. The results show that the apparent
density of obtained samples is less than 180 kg/m3. The crystalline phases were quartz, tridymite and
anorthite. The compressive strength varies from around 1.20 to 1.60 MPa, and the water absorption around
0.12% to 0.14%. The compressive strength and water absorption are better than the requirement of industry
standard of foam glass. The study of law of influence on apparent density can be using as guidance for
