低碳经济时代下对我国新能源汽车发展战略的研究.doc

摘 要 低碳经济的本质是一种理念、模式和技术的创新,以低能耗、低污染、低排放为基础的低碳经济模式,被认为是人类社会继农业文明、工业文明之后的又一次重大进步。数据显示,在汽车产业成熟的发达国家,汽车行业的碳排放量占全部碳排放量的25%-28%,虽然我国汽车行业的碳排放量仅占总碳排放总量的5%左右,但随着汽车工业的高速发展,其碳排放量所占比重将越来越高。低碳社会给汽车工业提出了严峻的挑战。文章以雷蒙德·弗农的“产品生命周期理论” 和迈克尔·波特的“国家竞争优势理论”为主要理论依据,结合我国实际情况,运用实证分析方法,对新能源汽车的发展趋势及其状况进行了研究,探讨了“新能源汽车”的发展战略,并针对性地提出了相关的政策建议。 关键词:低碳经济;新能源汽车;策略;建议 ABSTRACT The nature of the low-carbon economy is an innovation of concept, model and technology;a low-carbon economic model based on low energy consumption, low emission and low pollution. It is considered another major advancement of human society following agricultural civilization and industrial civilization . The data shows that in developed countries with mature automotive industry, carbon emissions from the automotive industry accounts for 25% -28% of all carbon emissions.Although carbon emissions in Chinas automotive industry accounted for only about 5% of the total carbon emissions,With the rapid development of automobile industry, the proportion of its carbon emissions Will be increasingly higher and higher. Low-carbon society poses a severe challenge for the automotive industry. Theoretically based on Raymond Vernons product life cycle theory and Michael Porters “Competitive Advantage of Nations theory”, combining with the actual situation in our country, using the empirical analysis, the article studies the trend of development of new energy vehicles and their condition, discusses the development strategy of the new energy vehicles, and puts forward the relevant policy recommendations.
